All of us need some time apart from daily schedules, pressures and obligations. In an Individually Directed Retreat, you will spend each day in silence and in prayer. You will meet with a Retreat director once a day. Generally following the pattern of the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius Loyola, you and the Director will discuss how to pray and how often to pray, what methods to use for prayer, and how you are responding, in prayer, to God who is calling you. Since the main revelation we have of God is through the Word of Scripture, the Director will guide you through passages from both the Old and New Testaments.
The spiritual directors are available throughout the year for individually directed retreats.
