Journey to Jerusalem II

St. Ignatius, stopping at La Storta as he was about to enter Rome, asked that the Father place him with Jesus in His Passion, and Ignatius was granted that grace. St. Ignatius at La StortaMany today find themselves enduring a contemporary Passion and may discover themselves, in these days of Holy Week, both placed with Jesus in His sufferings and invited to a deeper trust in the power of the Resurrection.

None of us is unaware of the great challenges of these days, even as we are grateful for the many blessings that enrich our lives and enliven our spirits. Let’s unite our hearts in confident prayer, then, through these days, interceding—as the priestly people we are together—for all God’s creation, especially for those most in need of the healing and liberating power of the Spirit.

Sojourn in Los Altos.

Holy Week Triduum:  For the Love of God

We’re looking forward to our annual Holy Week retreat celebrating, with all the Church, the Paschal Mystery through which we are saved. This silent retreat, for women and men, will begin on Thursday, April 9, and conclude on Easter morning, Sunday, April 12. We will be invited to reflect together on what Jesus did—and what we are called to do—For the Love of God!

If you haven’t yet registered for the retreat, there’s still time.  Give us a call at 650-948-4491 or register on-line at For the Love of God!  We hope that you will join us this year for our special observance.

Ignatian Spirituality in the Arts:

With Fr. Tom as our guide, we will walk again the human and divine pilgrimage of faith and creation, contemplating the unfolding presence of God in moments of Beauty and Truth.
