A retreat is a time to step out of our daily routines. It is a time to listen with our hearts. Through prayer and reflection we experience God’s gentleness at the center of who we are and find that our lives are transformed when they flow from this."

Nancy McGaraghan began her professional life as a C.P.A. Years later, she earned a Master's Degree from the Jesuit School of Theology in Berkeley and recently completed the Pierre Favre Program. She has taught Spirituality and worked in hospital ministry. Nancy does spiritual direction, directs retreats and writes for a local newspaper. Pat practices law with DLA Piper, in Palo Alto. They enjoy spending time with their children and grandchildren.
