Retreat Director

I Honore Lallande
Sr. Ingrid Honoré-Lallande, C.S.J.

"Nothing is concrete and everything is Sacred. A spiritual retreat can be many things: it can be a profound experience of quieting down to breathe in, to feel or sense, to know in some way a quiet peace that is God. It can be a time for grieving and letting go. It can be a time for embracing and spiritual healing, a time for change and transformation. It is a time to pay attention to the Sacred, to the many ways God labors for us in love."
